Terms and Conditions


Thank you for choosing Revelry Rentals! Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

Electronic signatures (or copies of signatures sent via electronic means) are the equivalent of written and signed documents.

1.0 Rental agreement

1.1 Equipment Rental: Revelry Rentals, LLC, agrees to rent the specified equipment (“Equipment”) to the customer (“Customer”) for the agreed rental period (“Rental Period”).

1.2 Rental Period: The Rental Period begins at the agreed start time and ends at the agreed end time. Any extension beyond the agreed end time may be subject to additional charges.

1.3 Rental Fee and Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the rental fee as specified in the invoice provided by Revelry Rentals, LLC. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 5 days prior to or upon delivery/pickup of the Equipment (we will charge the credit card on file with us). An invoice will be sent to the email address on file. Revelry Rentals, LLC, reserves the right to require a Rental Protection Plan (RPP) in addition to 50% deposit, due at the time of reservation. Refer to section 2.0 Rental Protection Plan (RPP).  

1.4 Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right at any time to modify, of discontinue the service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service or products. 

1.5 Products are subject to a “Rental Protection Plan” fee, which is 10% of the subtotal for the reservation. If you wish to decline the protection plan, please contact us at Rentals@rentwithrevelry.com prior to booking.

2.0 Rental Protection Plan

2.1.0 The Rental Protection Plan serves as collateral to cover any damages, cleaning, or repairs required due to the Customer’s negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

2.1.1 The Rental Protection Plan is not insurance and does not cover: Rental items not returned, theft, damage resulting from vandalism, damage resulting from failure to secure rental items during transport, overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the rental items, damage to motors or other electronic devices caused by artificial current, damages resulting from overturning, any damage due to weather, any damage due to third party sub rental items, or any other specialty items. If the rental protection plan is declined, the customer agrees to pay the full retail replacement cost of the damaged item(s). 

2.1.2 The Rental Protection Plan will be automatically applied at checkout for the amount of 10% of the subtotal. It can be paid via credit card authorization on the checkout page. If you wish to decline, please contact Rentals@rentwithrevelry.com

  • Returning products

2.2.1 Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to deduct from, or add to, any applicable charges for damages, loss, theft, cleaning, repairs, changes in reservations (products and/or services), changes in delivery, or other costs incurred during the Rental Period.

2.2.2 If the amount of damage, loss, or additional costs exceeds the security deposit, the Customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, and or paying for replacement of equipment.

  • Inspection and Dispute Resolution

2.3.1 The Customer may dispute the charges by providing evidence or relevant information to support their claim within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the itemized statement.

2.3.2 Revelry Rentals, LLC will review the dispute and make a final determination regarding the security deposit refund within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Limitations and Liability

2.4.0 The Rental Protection Plan is not intended to limit or replace the liability of the Customer for damages, loss, theft, cleaning, repairs, or other costs incurred during the Rental Period.

2.4.1 The Rental Protection Plan does not exempt the Customer from compliance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement or relieve them of any other responsibilities outlined therein.

3.0 Equipment Usage and Responsibility

3.1 Proper Use: The Customer agrees to use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner, as instructed by Revelry Rentals, LLC. The Equipment shall not be used for any illegal purposes.

3.2 Care and Maintenance: The Customer shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of the Equipment during the Rental Period. Any damage or loss of the Equipment due to negligence, misuse, theft, or any other cause, excluding ordinary wear and tear, shall be the responsibility of the Customer and subject to additional charges.

3.3 Safety: The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring the safe use of the Equipment and agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Revelry Rentals, LLC. Revelry Rentals, LLC,  shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with safety instructions. Revelry Rentals, LLC is not liable for injuries, damages or losses to any persons, including minors resulting from failure to observe safe practices. Any minors utilizing rentals need to be under adult supervision.

4.0 Delivery, Pickup, and Installation

4.1 Delivery and Pickup: Revelry Rentals, LLC will deliver and/or pickup the Equipment at the agreed location and time. The Customer shall ensure that someone is present to receive or return the Equipment. Any delays or rescheduling should be communicated to Revelry Rentals, LLC as early as possible. Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees if delivery is outside of delivery radius of 15 miles, delivery and/or pickup location is inaccessible, delivery or pickup is 2nd floor or higher, excessive distance to deliver or pickup, after hours delivery or pickup (any delivery or pickup after 5pm), customer is not available, equipment is not ready for pickup (i.e.  not cleaned, dirty, not stored properly as agreed upon, not accessible due to fences, stairs, locked in storage). Delivery is typically 1-3 days prior to the event. Pickup is typically 1-2 days after the event. 

4.2 Installation: If installation services are provided by Revelry Rentals, LLC, the Customer agrees to provide necessary access and cooperation for the installation process. The Customer shall not modify, move, or alter the Equipment without the prior consent of Revelry Rentals, LLC.

5.0 Cancellations and Refunds

5.1.0 Cancellation by Customer: In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation. Deposits for rental reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations due to inclimate weather, communicated with Revelry Rentals, LLC, 2 days (48 hours) prior to the start of the reservation date, will be allowed to re-schedule at no additional charge.

5.1.1 Deposits are non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs 2 days (48 hours) or more prior to the reservation start date, the customer may receive a credit in the amount of the deposit. The credit is held to be applied to future reservations, up to 1 year from the reservation start date. Security deposit may or may not be included in refund, subject to Revelry Rentals, LLC’s discretion. 

5.1.2 Refund and cancellation requests within 2 days (48hours) of reservation start are not entitled to a refund. Rental reservations can be rescheduled at the discretion of Revelry Rentals, LLC. Please contact Revelry Rentals, LLC at Rentals@rentwithrevelry.com to communicate cancellation or reschedule request. Security deposits are non-refundable under 2 days (48 hours).

5.2 Cancellation by Revelry Rentals, LLC: Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel a rental agreement at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any payments made by the Customer will be refunded in full.

6.0 Limitation of Liability

6.1 Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Revelry Rentals, LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or possession of the Equipment.

6.2 Limitation of Liability: Revelry Rentals, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Equipment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.0 Force Majeure

7.1 Revelry Rentals, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in
performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or
labor disputes.

8.0 Personal Information and Credit Card Authorization

8.1 Submission of personal information online is governed by our privacy policy. Please review on our website  https://www.rentwithrevelry.com/privacy-policy/

8.2 By providing your credit card information, you hereby authorize Revelry Rentals, LLC to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon rental fees, deposits, damages, or any other charges associated with your rental order. This authorization will remain in effect until the rental items are returned and inspected for damages, loss, or any other discrepancies.

8.3 You understand and agree that Revelry Rentals, LLC will securely store your credit card information for the duration of your rental agreement. In case of damages, loss, or unpaid charges, Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to charge your credit card for the necessary amounts.

9.0 Photo Usage Statement

9.1 By renting equipment or utilizing services from Revery Rentals, LLC, you grant us permission to capture and use photographs or videos of the event setup, including the rental items provided by us. These photos or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, both online and offline.

9.2 You agree that Revelry Rentals, LLC may use these images in various media, including but not limited to, our website, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials. The purpose of using these images is to showcase our rental products in real-world settings and to demonstrate their potential to future customers.

9.3 We respect your privacy and will not use any images that compromise your personal information or the privacy of your guests. If you have concerns about specific images, please communicate this with us, and we will take appropriate action to address your preferences.

9.4 If you wish to opt out of this photo usage agreement, kindly inform us in writing before your event takes place. Otherwise, your consent to the usage of event images will be assumed.

10.0 Changes to Terms of Service

10.1 You can review these terms at any time by requesting a copy on by contacting
Support@rentwithrevelry. 

10.2 Revelry Rentals, LLC reserves the right to update, modify or replace any parts of these Terms of Service by making updates on our website. Continued use of services provided or access to the Rentwithrevelry.com website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
